Samsung Galaxy Rush Phone Won't Send Or Receive Calls Or Texts?

It was working fine yesterday but I'm not getting anything or able to send anything now...

To reset your phone, hold "volume up+power" to get to the recovery mode menu> factory default. Go here for a hard reset info, personal data will be lost.
