I had the samsung galaxy rush which is totally destroyed, no memory card left or anything. Im looking to retrieve my contacts from than phone & put onto another phone which is the same kind of phone.

There is no need to "retrieve" your contacts as they are stored in your Google account. Simply sign into your account on the new phone and your contacts will automatically be downloaded.
