To view a message online, you need to go to the Boost website. Using either a computer or a phone that can access the internet, type in this address: mediamail.boostmobile.com/login.do Enter your phone number to login. You should have been sent a password that will allow you to view your message, make a note of this and input it into the website, select GO.
