My Boost Mobile Phone Has No Signal. Why?

I have been having trouble with trying to get signal with my Kyocera Hydro phone since 11/22/2013 but it just doesnt get any signal. It also pops up random notification errors: Error 3000, and Error 2048. I have also searched in other websites and they all say to take off the battery, while on, for like 2-5 minutes then turn it on and check if it works, but it still recieves no signal... Please Help

For some reason your phones PRL (preferred radio list) has gotten corrupted or otherwise so far out of date that its not searching for a tower within reach but for a set of towers who knows where. From any other phone call 1-888-boost4u and request a PRL update. The op will probably want to go thru a bunch of steps to refresh the phone which is basically clearing the cache and what you did by removing the battery. But sending the phone an updated PRL should do the trick.
