-Called the Customer Care number 866-402-7366
-Entered my phone number after the voice prompt
-Selected option #1 (Detailed Account Balance Info)
-Selected option #2 (To hear detailed more info regarding monthly...)
-Select option #0 (interesting... this is not in the voice recording)
-Enter your account pin code
-You get transfered to a 'live' person
