Why Wont My Galaxy Rush Charge Anymore?

My phone i got a couple months ago wont charge, ive tried plugging my phone into different chargers and ive tried different outlets. Ive took out my battery and ive tried resetting it ... Nothing i dont know what to do!!! Please help? (:
