How To Get The Voicemail Icon Off My Phone.

It says that I have 3 new messages, But when I go to check them it says that I have none and I cannot get the icon off the top of my screen.

This has happened to me numerous times. I haven't figured out exactly how it is triggered. Have someone call your phone and leave you another voicemail. Delete that one and the notification will disappear.
