No Signal

They said we have a signal where I live and the internet also but we bought the phone and it has not found a signal within 40 miles of our area. What to do? We cannot activate it and the boost phone number for help does not have a live person to talk to.

I'm sorry to hear that......that sucks..

You could go to the nearest boost retail store and get your money back.. That might help. As far as I know Boost is through Sprint. You should get signal off of a Sprint Tower.
