How Do I Block A Caller Or Phone Number From Calling Or Texting My Phone?

Press *67 prior to the phone number you want to block.

Press the "Send" button. This automatically blocks the phone number from contacting you.

Contact Boost Customer Care at 866-402-7366. Press the number that corresponds with your language, and follow the prompts to speak with a customer service representative. Verify your account information with the representative.

Tell the representative that you would like to block a phone number permanently. The representative will set up the service on your phone. Anytime you receive an incoming call from that number, it will go directly to your voicemail.
