My Phone Won't Turn On Even Though My Battery Is Fully Charged

I tried to turn on my phone it it won;t work

Remove the battery and connect the phone on charge without the battery then press the power button for 20 sec, put the battery back while connected to the charger. Press the power button to turn it on. If still unresolved clean the battery contacts on both the phone and battery. If still nothing' Your phone need service, visit your local phone dealer.
