Hi. So I had the same problem a month ago with my phone not charging. My phone would say, "15% charge phone", and I would run and put it on the charger. About 20 minutes later, I'd look, and it would say, "charging 0%". I called Boost Mobile, and they said the only thing I could do was buy a new phone, since my one year warranty had been up. So before I did that, I tried everything else I could think of. I bought a new battery. I even bought a new charger thinking that was the problem. Nothing worked. I went into a Boost Mobile store, and they told me that it is my charging port (where you plug your phone in), and that there was nothing they could do except give me Asurions number and file a complaint and buy a new phone. I never filed a complaint. I just upgraded. The number for Asurion is 1(877)880-6221. Or you can file the complaint on their website www.asurion.com. Hope this helped!! Good luck!!
