Galaxy2 No Longer Sends Pictures With Text Messages.

I have a Boostmobile Samsung Galaxy 2. Prior to the latest upgrade I could send pictures with text messages. I could use the bluetooth feature in my car. After the upgrade a few months ago, the bluetooth started working, but no one can get the pictures I send to them. Help!!!
