Will Not Charge.'unsupported Battery' This Is Original Battery Samsung Galaxy Pr

the battery on my Samsung Galaxy Prevail will not charge. I keep getting the message "unable to charge unsupported battery, see owners manual". It is the original battery and it is only about 2 months old.

If you have a case on this phone take it off and reinsert charger. I had the same problem its because the charger wasnt inserted all the way in.
