My Cell (samsung) Doesn't Seem To Be Able To Charge Anymore?????

First you need to try a different adapter and a different power outlet.

If both have been tried, is it that the phone is charging but not holding the charge more than like 5 minutes.

If that is the case, try a different battery.

If still you are facing problem, you need to get it replaced.
