Game Won't Play And Can't Find Info That Blizzard Wants So I Can't Get To Them.

Initiated blizzard scan, nada. Unistalled and reinstalled Diablo lll, Nada. Restarted computer, Nada. They say they need certain forms of info that I can find for diablo ll not lll.
