Regarding Waranty And Insurance Of Mobile.

Two months back i have bought blackberry Z10 in flipkart. When i was playing a game, all of the sudden it got dead. I haven taken the same to service center. They are telling its mother board issue and they are not going to provide any service on basis of waranty. I want to get the solution for this. Please do me the needful.

Warranty 1.5 year manufacturer warranty for Phone and 6 months warranty for in the box accessories. i suggest you contact FlipKart CS@ Call "1800 1080 1800" ("tollfree") for assistance from our product expert.
