My BlackBerry phone always goes off when I open tabs on my browser. Please help

2 possible reasons

1. The battery is dying' You have to replace it.

2. firmware related issues. Go here for instructions on how to update your black berry software. http://support.bell.ca/Mobility/Smartphones_and_mobile_internet/How_to_update_my_BlackBerry_software_using_Desktop_Manager#displayStep
