Terminated Blackberry Account Still Gives Messages When An Email Comes In

the blackberry account has been terminated in Q4 2010. since then relations who send me an e-mail get a response that the email couldn't reach my blackberry. I like to get rid of this response. the message that appears in the "undeliverable mail" is mx02.bis7.eu.blackberry.com please help me because this is very confusing for my relations.
