Problem With Enterprise Email Account

Hi, I am facing an issue with enterprise email account that was setup in my blackberry bold 9900. I am not receiving all the emails in blackberry. But i can able to view it in my outlook. Please help. Abhijit.

Hi Abhijit,

You have to turn on redirection option in your blackberry enterprise server. There is a option in blackberry server-> user profile-> custom-> select the folders that you want to enable redirection. Once it is saved, you can view the emails in your blackberry subfolders.
