Northwestern Mutual Advertisement On Blackberry

I recently purchased a 9800 Blackberry Torch and when I put it in my pocket somehow a button gets pushed that starts an advertisement for Northwestern Mutual. I can't get it to stop playing and must wait until the advertisement is completed. Is this some kind of an app? Where did it come from and how do I get rid of it?

After investigating this issue, this appears to be a Blackberry issue. Please try these two steps to fix the issue:

1) Clear browser history.

Go to the Browser.
Then go to Options.
Click on Cache Operations.
Click on "Clear History.”

2) Pull the battery out for a hard restart. No data will be lost when doing the following:

Pull the battery while the device is ON.
Place battery back into phone after a minute.
Let the device reboot.
