Why Does My Yahoo Server Connection Drop When Syncing?

I have a Blackberry Bold 9780, and I have set up on my laptop to sync my Calendar and Contact list from the Device onto Yahoo. When I try to sync, I get the message 'Connection to Yahoo Server was lost'. I have Yahoo up on my laptop and have logged in, and am connected between the Blackberry and the Blackberry Desktop Software.
