How do I connect my Blackberry Torch with a Ford vehicle equipped with Sync?

Use Bluetooth to pair the BlackBerry with the car.

This will give you handsfree, phonebook access through the car, and the ability to play music from the phone through the cars audio system.

I have a 2010 Ford Fiesta and BlackBerry Bold 9700 and they pair every time I get in the car without me doing anything.

Use the car radio options menu to set up bluetooth.
