Blackberry Problem
A friend from Switzerland bought this year at best buy NY an unlocked BB phone which is not working properly - it shuts down automatically after just a few minutes of use.
I leave in Florida and after checking with a local best buy store they told me a should contact Blackberry for this technical issue. How can I get this fixed? Thanks and regards
