Access To My Blackberry App World

I cannot open my blackberry app world instead it keeps showing me in valid blackberryid password and i never changed the password.and secoundly cannot remember th answer to the security question was asked when created the id

Use another email address to create a new BlackBerry ID.

If you want to use the same email, you'll have to find the original email from BlackBerry when you created the account. There should be a link in there to delete the ID associated with that email address.
