Wifi Connection And The Browser

1. I cannot connecmy my bbm, twitter, and Facebook even if I am connected to the wifi. What am I gonna do to function or connect to bbm, twitter, and Facebook when I've got an Internet connection/wifi? 2. My browser is not working. What am I gonna do for it to work?
