Hello halidane, this is a common problem with blackberry tour, I have a blackberry tour I experience the same problem too. But in my case the problem disappears each time I subcribe to the blackberry Service. My advice   to you is contact a customer care of your network provider, or you can subcribe to a blackberry service to see if it will disappear.
