Repair

lawn mower will not start. Makes a noise then will have some smoke come out.

The LM175 is an electric mower (see the manual here) so if it's smoking, there is something seriously wrong with it. Do not try to start it, and have a trained lawnmower repair facility look at it. However, if you're referring to a gas mower, then you can find some troubleshooting help and possible solutions here:
