Black and Decker do not normally give out manuals for servicing their items of equipment preferring you to send them to a recognised repair centre. They only offer consumable spares. I see you mention a Blower Vac yet the model code refers to a battery charger. I have attached a link to a user guide for the charger which may offer some help.
