How Do I Repair A Motor That Is Burning Through Belts?

I have a Bissell Powergroom Helix Rewind and for some reason that motor started burning through all the belts....and it's causing a really strong burning smell as well smoke coming from the bottom of the vacuum.... I have cleaned my vacuum from top to bottom and had placed a new belt on the vacuum when it started to burn through that belt as well....Can someone please help me..
