Bisell Proheat Model #1846 Water Comes Back Out Bottom
i have bissell proheat 1846. The machine sprays ans sucks up but the dirty water is going back into the carpet. I can spray the clean water till tank is empty but there wont be any dirty water in tank it is back into the carpet
