There does not appear to have been a recall of the Bissell 6591.
The only recall for Bissell products found on RecallOwl has been verified with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission in a 2005 release, revised in 2009.
You can call Bissell's Recall (Hotline) Customer Service line at 800-237-7691 if you feel there is a problem with your Bissell Cleanview Revolution.
