No Red Light
why does the red light on my bissel perfect swwep not stay on and fully charge, i have never left it charging too long, i let it run down before rechargeing, i dont know what im doing wrong, this is the third bissell ive bought and had same problem with each one. red light comes on when first connected, then goes out.
