Help Please
We purchased the Sweeper #23T6 for my elderly mother and she mistakenly threw the box away with the recharging cord inside. How can we get a replacement?

I suggest you call 1 (800) 237-7691 (Consumer) Bissell, Customer service & let them know the cord is missing.
