Bing Rewards For Amazon Keep Saying Invalid

ive contacted bing custumer support twice now and all they tell me to do is go to amazon and put in my code.ive try the code twenty times it doesnt work ive tryed to contact customer support again it keeps telling me to sign in when im already signed in im nothappy
