Bing Rewards

A few days ago I redeemed 500 points for a 400 points microsoft card on Bing rewards,I have tried to redeem the points but it keeps on saying error cannot recieve information from xbox live.

I Know the Answer!

Just make sure you are entering the code correctly, if it still don't work you can try to contact MS and Bing.
