Registered My Magic Jack But Keep Going Back To Registeration Menu

I registered my magicjack, however when plugged into the usb port it keeps going back to the registeration menu and wont start up

Hook up the device to your computer via its USB port. With a MAC, double-click the magicJack Plus icon that appears. (With a PC, magicJack Plus software will load automatically.) The magicJack comes with a 6-inch USB extension cable in case it interferes with other devices plugged into your USB ports. Click "Click Here To Register" or "Click Here for Free Trial."
