I Can't Go To Bing!

I have used Bing.com off and on for quite some time. It is not default search engine but I have never had any issues typing it in any search window or address box and either finding it or going striaght to their home page etc. Recently however, Bing.com does not exist as far as my HP Windows XP Laptop is concerned. If I simply type BING in my Google Search window it comes up with a either a 404 or 401 error. Sorry I can't remember which. It is as if the site does not exist. I can go to any other site on the net but not them. Even when I type type the exact address (HTTP) and all, I get the same error message. I have searched from Google, Yahoo and several others and always get the same message. I even went in to the settings area and physically chose Bing.com as my search engine. No dice. If I didn't know better, I would think BING was gone. THOUGHTS...Anyone...Anyone...Bueller?

It appears that you may be the victim of malicious hacking. Typing bing in Google, for example, brings up the bing search engine. The URL (Web address) for bing is not what you indicated but http://www.bing.com/, or (simpified) www.bing.com. (Omit the trailing comma or period.) Type either of those in your address bar (not your search engine bar), and Bing should come up.
