My 1900 Phone Does Not Think That Any Number Dialed Exists.

My phone worked for a few weeks but today has decided that no numbers dialled exist. The numbers I have tried to ring definitely do exist so this is rather confusing. Tried calling the support line from it but got through to a private number somehow. Has this been reported before? Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks for any help, Chris
