Handset Is Saying Register

The manual on this unit does not state any need for a pin # or a registry procedure. It's possible your battery pack is failing causing the unit to be unable to connect to the base.

Press and hold the handset locator button on the Base unit about 3 seconds, until you hear two short beeps and the green IN USE light flashes.

You now have 3 minutes in which to register the handset. On the Handset press MENU. Scroll to REGISTER.

Press OK. The display shows BS1234. Press "1". Display shows PIN. Key in your PIN (default 0000) and press OK.

The display shows SEARCH for a few seconds and then shows a string of numbers.

Press OK to confirm the registration.
