Unable To Connect
Three days I have been having trouble trying to get in. It says unable to connect please make sure you have Internet connection. Which is fine. Thought maybe the problem was on your side.But you would have that corrected by now. Do I need to close this account and restart again?

If you were able to access the Big Fish Games prior to this issue then you can try a couple of things before you contact Customer Support.
First, it may be as simple as cleaning out your internet cache and deleting cookies, then rebooting your system.
Or, It may be a Game Manager issue, which you may want to uninstall/reinstall the Games Manager to see if you can log on and play the games. Complete instructions for doing this can be viewed at the following:
