Error On Downloading Game

When I try toi down load the PC game Dark Parables curse of the Briar Rose I get and error. How do I down load this game?

Problems Downloading or Installation Failed Q: Why did my download, activation, or installation fail for my PC game? A:

If you received an error (ex. Installation Failed; Download Interrupted; Error Downloading; Activation Errors: (599), (703), (771), (772), (805), (998)) or you're simply having trouble downloading or activating your PC game, there may be interfering software that is preventing the game from downloading and installing successfully. To resolve this, try the suggested steps below and then download your game again.

If you received a (206) error, see Activation Error (206) for details specific to that error.

Adjust your firewall settings

The Big Fish Game Manager is the program that downloads, installs, activates, and stores your games. If this program is blocked by a firewall or security program, your games won't install properly.

The Program Files folder (C:\Program Files\bfgclient) is the default location for the Game Manager and contains the following applications that need to be accepted by your firewall or security program.

bfgclient.exe
bfgprocess.exe
bfggamesservices.exe

If you temporarily disable your firewall or security program in order to successfully install and activate a game, make sure to enable the program immediately afterward. Disabling or uninstalling your firewall or security program is done at your own discretion.
