Have Tried Everything To Download Game Manager. Won't Load.

If you have not done so already, you should contact Big Fish Games Customer Support for assistance by submitting the following form:

However, before you contact them it is best to run a Big Fish diagnostic report (called Dr. Felix). For more information on Dr. Felix, and initiate the diagnostic report, once reviewed, you can go to the following link:

You will save this report once completed running, and attach to either the Online form or through email for Big Fish Games Tech support to review and possibly determine what the issue may be.
You should receive a response within 24 to 72 after reviewed by support.
