Sorry you are having a hard time logging into your account. However, we are not Big Fish Games. And do not have any access to a players account. Having said that, I can assist with pointing you in the right direction.
Contact by phone: It is difficult, if not impossible, to contact Big Fish Games Customer Support over the phone.
Contact through Live Chat. The reason you can not chat with Customer Support is because this form of contact is for Club Members only. So although, you are a member, you are not logged in. Thus, would not be able to connect with them this way. (It's kinda like trying to get around a a big circle). Also, they have just posted this statement:
- Due to high demand across other primary support channels, we have temporarily closed live chat.
Contact through Big Fish Link: This is the best option, although you may have already tried this method. To contact customer support via their Contact link you can click on the following: Contact Us
Choose the topic 'Big Fish Game Club', then click on the same dropdown menu and choose the sub heading 'Membership Question' then fill in the form. When filling in the form, please include:
- Your first and last name
- First four and last four digits of the payment card on the account
- Your billing address
- The email address associated with your Big Fish account
Note: Please do not include your entire credit card number.
Click submit. A response should be received within 48 hours.
(Tip: Advise you have been a longtime Club Member but will cancel your membership if they can not assist with resolving this promptly)
On a Final Note: Sometimes a 'sign in' issue is due to an overloaded Internet Browser Cache. Deleting the cookies on your device then rebooting your system may be all you need to do to resolve your issue. **However, please understand this does not guarantee a resolution.**
