I Neeed Help

I Payed  for the game   Redemption cemetery curse of the raven the game was doing fine until I got to  the libary and it stopped working so i tried to reset progress and it took all my inventory  that I will need later in the game. but nothing worked in the libary there was no ship the the bottle and would not zome in tpo get the pin from the latter or zome in to the fish tank so reaally need help fixing this  so can finish the game thanks
