I Need A Security Key To Initiate 5 Of My Games After Havng My Pc Upgraded.
This is my 3rd attempt at trying to get a key so I can play the games I have paid for. The Big Fish help menu gives me java script errors each & every time I try to submit a request. I am unable to communicate via the help menu. The replies I have received via Help Owl told me to go to the Big Fish help menu link .... that is the same link that is giving me the java script errors so that does not work. ? I am on IE 8 so changing browsers is not the answer. Is there no direct e-mail contact with Big Fish support??

I'm so sorry, but we don't have an email address where we can be contacted directly. Internet Explorer 8 should work with our website, but in general the website developers have found that Mozilla Firefox tends to work more smoothly since it processes webpages differently. You might give Firefox a try to see if it gives you errors also:
