Unfortunately, you did not include the error code/number, if one appeared when the error occurred. This makes it tough to try and pinpoint what went wrong during the download.
If you were able to play the trial version before you purchased the game, there should be no reason you can not play the full version after purchasing.
The following are a couple of the more common reasons the download failed:
Incorrect game code entered -You need to enter the game code provided in the email from Big Fish Games thanking you for your purchase. This code has to be entered EXACTLY as you see it. Best to just copy and paste.
Another common reason this happens is because the internet cache may need to be cleared. Delete Cookies, then reboot the computer. This gives a "fresh" start for the download to begin once again.
However, as I do not know what the error is I suggest you Contact customer support further assistance, if needed.
