Laptop Will Not Install Games!!

I have windows 7 on my acer dual core ,I have removed and reinstalled the bigfish manager once a while ago. Did I mess something up when I reinstalled it ? thanks Guy's My grand daughter loves ya all !! Mike Oliveira HELP !!

When you uninstall a program 99 percent of the time it leaves files behnd. Delete the the program files from the programs 64 folder under my computer drive c. then reinstall and all will be working fine.
