      Double-click the "Game Manager" icon from your desktop or the "Start Menu" to launch the Big Fish Game Manager. The Game Manager is an application installed together with your Big Fish games. It displays a list of the Big Fish games on your computer.

      Scroll through the list and click the Big Fish game that you want to remove. Click the "Trash Can" icon to remove the game from your computer. Repeat this step to remove additional Big Fish games, if desired.

      Sign in to your Big Fish game account using your email and password. A link to the Big Fish account sign in page is provided in Resource. Once you have logged in, go to your "Purchase History" to see a list of the games you have purchased.

      Scroll through the list and click "Install Now" next to the game you want to reinstall. Click "Run" to download and run the installation wizard to reinstall the game.

    Mac OS X Users

      Locate the game from either the dock on the desktop or the "Applications" folder. Drag it to the trash bin to uninstall it. Empty the recycle bin.

      Sign in to your Big Fish game account using your email and password. Please see Resource for a link to the sign in page. Once you log in, go to "Purchase History." You should see a list of the games you have purchased.

      Click "Install Now" next to the Big Fish game you want to reinstall to download the .dmg file on your desktop. Once the download completes, double-click the .dmg file to open it. You should see your games icon.

      Double-click the "Macintosh HD" drive on the desktop and click "Applications" on the left panel. Drag the games icon into the "Applications" folder. Double-click the game icon after placing it in the applications folder. Enter your activation details: first name, last name, key. Click "Unlock full version" to complete the reinstallation.
