Error Name For Mystery Case Files Ravenhearst.

Hi, I am a member of big fish games and I bought mystery case files ravenhearst. I want to know why evry time I click "Play Now," and go to click relaxed mode, a box pops up saying, "Error name b." I can't even play this game and it is a very fun game and also my favorite. I also bought mystery case files huntsville and I could play that normally. When I go to click cancel on the error name box, nothing happens. You can't click anywhere outside of the box so when I have to exit the game, I have to do ctrl,alt delete and end the application. Hope big fish games could help me play a game that I am paying for for no reason. Thank you,  Big Fish Games member.
