I Downloaded Mystery Case Files Return To Ravenhearst After I Press Play The Gam
will not play. I only get a black screen then a message in the top left corner saying Director Player Error.Then in the box Handle not found in Object #get Prop Ref script error continue? yes or no in the bottom of message.

Uninstall the game. Clean your internet cookies and reboot your computer.
Then reinstall the game. you should be able to play it without any problems.
